Goal: Lose 30 - 50 lbs by December 31st.
- Log food intake and exercise (starting Jan 8th)
- Stay within calorie intake limits
- Keep up workouts (2x per week)
- Keep up at least 90 minutes of cardio exercise per week
- Don't give up just because of one bad day!
- Work through the book "Discovering Your Purpose" (with Amy)
- Regular bed time and rising time each day
- Finish the unfinished knitting and sewing projects
- Clean / declutter one thing at a time.
